Silver Supply Chain Due Diligence Policy
廣東金業貴金屬有限公司嚴格遵守國家關于職工權利、環境保護等各項法律法規，積極參與配合LBMA供應鏈調查工作，為全面實施《OECD關于在沖突地區及高危地區供應鏈盡職調查指導方針》以及《LBMA負責任的白銀指南》，我公司現已推行盡責管理體系。
Guangdong Jinye Precious Metals Co., Ltd. strictly abides by national laws and regulations on employee rights, environmental protection, etc., actively participates in the supply chain investigation work with LBMA, and for the full implementation of OECD Guidelines on Due Diligence Investigation of Supply Chains in Conflict and High Risk Areas as well as the LBMA Responsible Silver Guidance, the company has implemented the Due Diligence Management System.
為配合我公司LBMA負責任體系的順利執行，各供應商應遵守管理體系的各項要求，并承諾向我公司提供的所有類別產品的采購均為合法，嚴格遵守OECD（附錄二）、LBMA制定的供應鏈盡責管理要求的相關內容。我們做出承諾不涉及以下情況：
In order to cooperate with the smooth implementation of our LBMA responsible system, each supplier shall comply with the requirements of the management system and promise that the procurement of all categories of products supplied to our company is legal, and strictly comply with the relevant contents of the supply chain due diligence management requirements formulated by OECD (Appendix II) and LBMA. We make a commitment not to involve the following:
1.侵犯人權，強制勞役、童工、殘酷，非人道和羞辱虐待，實施嚴重侵權或侵犯人權行為的任何一種方式采購或與該方有關聯；
1.Violation of human rights, forced labor, child labor, cruel, inhuman and degrading abuse, commission of serious abuses or violations of human rights in any of the ways procured or associated with the party;
2.戰爭犯罪，違反國際人權法，人權犯罪或種族屠殺；
2.War crimes, violations of international human rights law, human rights crimes or genocide;
3.洗錢、恐怖主義融資或資助沖突的直接或間接的任何一種方式采購或與該方有關聯；
3.Any purchase or association with a party that directly or indirectly engages in money laundering, terrorist financing or the financing of conflict;
4.向非法武裝組織、公共或私人安全部隊提供直接或間接的任何一種方式采購或與該方有關聯；
4.Procurement or association with illegal armed groups, public or private security forces, directly or indirectly in any way;
5.賄賂或欺詐白銀真實來源直接或間接任何一種方式采購或與該方有關聯；
5.Bribery or Fraud Silver True Source directly or indirectly any of the ways to procure or be associated with the party;
6.不遵守有關就源自受沖突影響和高風險地區(“CAHRA ”)的礦產開采、貿易和出口應付政府的稅收、費用和使用費的或社會信用評價低的直接或間接與該方有關聯；
6.Non-compliance with taxes, fees and royalties payable to governments for the extraction, trade and export of minerals originating from conflict-affected and high-risk areas (“CAHRA ”) or having a low social credit rating, directly or indirectly associated with such party;
7.不符合環境和可持續性法律要求，開采白銀源于世界遺產或生態保護區域的直接或間接與該方有關聯；違反環境、健康、安全、勞工和與社區有關的地方立法，觸發ESG風險，極有可能導致不利影響或間接與該方有關聯，并支持實施相關倡議（如采掘業透明度倡議(EITI)。
7.Non-compliance with environmental and sustainability legal requirements, direct or indirect association with the party where the mining of silver originates from a World Heritage Site or an ecologically protected area; violation of environmental, health, safety, labour and community-related local legislation, triggering an ESG risk with a high likelihood of adverse impacts or indirect association with the party, and support for the implementation of relevant initiatives (e.g. Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI)).
我公司認可的合格供應商提供的必須符合管理體系的各項要求，公司的相關對接單位須認真核實供應商信息，建立供應商信息管理檔案，并不定期考察評估供應商風險。
The information provided by the qualified suppliers recognized by our company must meet the requirements of the management system. The company's related docking units must carefully verify the information of the supplier, establish the supplier information management file, and irregularly examine the risk of suppliers.
公司愿意接受客戶和相關組織的監督，確保企業尊重人權，為可持續、公平、有效的發展做出貢獻，為企業與相關方開展建設性合作創造良好條件。
The company is willing to accept supervision from customers and relevant organizations to ensure that the company respects human rights, contributes to sustainable, fair and effective development, and creates good conditions for the company to carry out constructive cooperation with relevant parties.
根據《LBMA負責任的白銀指南》，對與廣東金業貴金屬有限公司有交易、加工的所有供應商、相關合作伙伴進行以下風險等級分值設定（見附件1）。
According to the "LBMA Responsible Silver Guidance", the following risk level scores are set for all suppliers and relevant partners that have transactions and processing with Guangdong Jinye Precious Metals Co., Ltd. (See Attachment 1).
根據風險分值，對與廣東金業貴金屬有限公司有交易、加工的所有供應商、相關合作伙伴達到以下分值，分別采取不同的風險終止辦法（見附件1）。
According to the risk score, different risk termination methods will be adopted for all suppliers and relevant partners who have dealings and processing with Guangdong Jinye Precious Metals Co., Ltd. to reach the following scores (see Annex 1).
請各供應商自覺遵守以上制度，并與我公司簽訂《承諾書》（見附件2）。
Suppliers are requested to consciously abide by the above system and sign a Letter of Commitment with our company (see Annex 2).
本管理政策自發布之日實施，公司原有相關規定與本規定有沖突的，一律按本政策執行。
From the date of implementation of this management policy, the company's original relevant regulations have conflicted with these regulations, and they will be implemented in accordance with this policy.
